Peace of mind

Reflecting on the artworks “Peace of land”, “Peace flower”, and “Walking towards each other”, Anastasios was inspired to write a poem that interconnects them. Three different acts unfold simultaneously, connoting a simultaneous chess exhibition. At the same time, it visualises the concept of the performance “Walking towards each other” so that the audience can imagine it in the absence of the performers. The poem closes by setting the time of the events. The time was in the past and is in the present, meaning that the events described haven’t stopped reoccurring. May we be peaceful.
